Mark Bullock LLB
Mark was born and bred in Whanganui and began his career here in 1994.
Mark has extensive litigation experience in family, civil, criminal and employment law.
His current focus is Family Law, Employment disputes and Property Law. Mark is the current President of the Whanganui branch of the New Zealand Law Society and is also an accredited mediator and member of the NZLS panel of Mediators.
Away from the office, Mark enjoys family time with wife Fiona and their four children. Mark maintains his keen interest in sport and enjoys hunting and fishing when time allows.
Rob Handley joined Bullock & Associates in 2015 after operating his own firm (Robert Handley & Co – Law Firm) for nearly 20 years.
Rob is married to Juliette and they have two adult children, Jane living in Christchurch and Michael living in Wellington.
Rob enjoys working with clients and challenging situations in regard to Trusts, Relationship Property or Commercial issues and Day-to-Day Care (Custody) matters. Rob is also an accredited mediator and is contracted with Fairway Resolutions Services to conduct Family Dispute Resolution Mediation.
Ian has been practising for 40 years in the areas of Property Law, Commercial and Company, Trusts, Rural, Estates and general law.
Ian is married with three adult children and enjoys playing and watching all sport, travel, fishing, gardening and family time.
Megan was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 2014. She enjoys working with people to achieve the best results whilst ensuring the process is as stress free as possible. Megan is experienced in residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing including helping first home buyers with KiwiSaver and Housing NZ grants. She also assists clients with commercial leasing, relationship property, and succession planning such as wills, enduring powers of attorney, and family trusts.
When Megan is away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and winding down with a bit of yoga.
Murray has been a legal executive in Whanganui for almost 30 years and has a large client base in the Whanganui district. He has a special interest in the area of asset protection and estate planning alongside a busy conveyancing practise.

Frances joined the firm last year with over 10 years experience working in Wanganui as a Registered Legal Executive.
Frances enjoys working with clients to achieve the best possible results in areas relating to conveyancing, wills, enduring powers of attorney, trust estate administration and subdivisions.
Outside of work Frances enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and tramping.

A registered legal executive with over 10 years’ experience in the legal profession, her work is focused on general conveyancing including sales, purchases and refinancing for both residential and commercial properties, subdivisions, section sales, and house and land package transactions for developer/builder clients, and also assisting clients with asset protection, wills and powers of attorney.
Jo loves her work and enjoys providing top quality service to her clients.
When not spending time with her family, Jo enjoys travelling, music and sport.
Chris joined Bullock & Associates in March 2017 as a senior solicitor.
He started his legal career at Land Information New Zealand in Wellington in 1998 and became a specialist in areas as diverse as subdivisions, river accretions, adverse possessions of land and repossessions of leases.
Since then, he has worked for several lower North Island law firms and brings with him fourteen years’ experience in all areas of property law including buying and selling properties, subdivisions, trusts, wills, powers of attorney and kiwisaver applications.
Chris likes to support the Whanganui rugby team in their home games at Cooks Gardens and, as a past time, he paints landscapes.”
Linda has been working in the field of property law supporting Murray Hughes since 2007.
Her work includes conveyancing, the establishment and management of trusts and building efficient systems to process transactions.
Linda enjoys handling clients’ needs and solving problems effectively and efficiently so that they can be confident that their very important transactions go smoothly.
Outside of work Linda is a keen golfer and supports Whanganui, Hurricanes and All Black rugby. With her husband Mike Peina she is busy with their large family of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
